Battlegrounds Mobile India, a popular battle royale game, is gearing up for a spooky Halloween with its highly anticipated Version 2.8 Update. Beginning on October 10, players will face armies of the undead when Zombies infest the battlegrounds, bringing with them new challenges, skills, and things to discover. A new Metro Royale Season and Cycle 5 Season 14 are also included in the update.

Here is everything you need to know about the update:

Undead Onslaught: The maps of Erangel, Miramar, and Livik will fill with diseased Mutants from October 10 to November 26. The Aerolith, formerly a research facility, has been changed into a barren wasteland that is now stocked with precious resources. Players that are brave enough to enter will get a respawn card.

Aerolith Lab and Outpost: Players must stop the Aerolith from absorbing too many Mutants in these areas. It will summon the powerful Rage Berserker boss, increasing the difficulty, if it consumes an excessive number. A special crate is awarded to players who defeat this boss.

Frightening Zombies: Players may look forward to three scary Zombie varieties in this release. Together with the Mutant, they are joined by the swift Ripper and the towering Berserker, who are both equipped with weapons and shields. In addition to genetic ingredients offering amazing skills, the rewards for fighting these Zombies are spine-tingling.

Mutation Powers: Put on the impressive Mutation Gauntlets, which have huge arm-mounted weaponry for deadly melee attacks and a terrifying Smash ability for destroying opponents. On the battlefield, the Mutation Blade's quick slicing may create havoc.

Maglev Hoverboard: To efficiently travel over land and water, players can use the Maglev Hoverboard they can get from the Lab. There will also be a Halloween surprise in October.

Along with it, the game also brings a series of new content, awards, cosmetics and other inventory-specific things, which the players can unlock and use while in the battleground.
