Hanooman, a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) platform, was released on Friday in 98 languages globally, including 12 Indian languages by SML India and Abu Dhabi-based AI investment firm 3AI Holding Limited. Hanooman was created with the assistance of SML and 3AI Holding, with the goal of achieving 200 million users in its first year of release.
Hanooman AI Availability:
Hanooman is currently accessible over the web and is an Android app on the Play Store for users of smartphones. It can be downloaded in the nation. The soon-to-be iOS app can be downloaded from the App Store very shortly.

"We aim to serve a wide range of users through our strategic partnership with SML India, making AI inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or ethnicity," 3AI Holding's MD, Arjun Prasad, stated in a statement.
Hanooman AI-Supported Languages:
Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Sindhi, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, and Assamese are the twelve Indian languages that the platform supports. Co-founder and CEO of SML India, Vishnu Vardhan, said, "With its launch, we aim to impact the lives of 200 million users within the first year alone."
"Around 80 per cent of Indians do not speak English, so Hanooman's ability to handle Indian languages will bring GenAI to everyone in India and provide tremendous prospects for firms and startups bringing Gen AI products to market," he said.

During the launch, SML India declared its collaboration with notable technological pioneers and leaders such as Yotta, NASSCOM, and HP. Yotta will support SML India's operations by providing GPU cloud infrastructure through the agreement. Its collaboration with NASSCOM also aims to assist a number of activities, including research programmes, 3,000 college engagements, financial innovation, and AI startup help.
