Honor, a Chinese smartphone maker and a sub-brand of Huawei, is all set to rebuild its lost market share in India. Reports have repeatedly speculated about this update for a long time. Plus, Madhav Sheth, former CEO of Realme India, is also in some way linked with the new update. The company has been inactive in the Indian market when it comes to smartphone launches for a while now.
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the company might introduce the Honor 90 smartphone in September. It could be priced in the sub-Rs 45,000 segment in India, reported IANS. However, the official poster shared by the company does not mention anything about a smartphone.
"'Hello' to a new era of innovation," the tech maker said in an X. The poster reads: "Hello India" with accompanying text "Get ready for the most awaited news!" Reposting the tweet from Honor's X handle, Madhav Sheth wrote: "What's cooking at @HonorTechIndia? Stay connected with us."
In the latest post on X, Honor said: "We bring to you "Optimum Tech" which sets new standards! Brace yourself for incredible camera features and mesmerizing display." Just like earlier, Sheth reacted and said: "An optimum tech is coming your way to redefine your experience. A few days to go for the biggest announcement. Any guesses?"
