HP OmniBook X, EliteBook Ultra AI PCs: HP, a renowned PC maker, unveiled its first Copilot+ PCs - the HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X laptops in India today. The AI PCs run on a Snapdragon X Elite chipset and a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS) that can run generative AI models on-device. As per HP, the EliteBook Ultra gets the thinnest design in its segment and a long-lasting battery.

The Ultra laptop also ships with enterprise-grade endpoint security. On the other hand, the OmniBook X caters to retail users who want powerful performance on the go. The series is also packed with a range of AI features. HP claims it can serve varying use cases such as video editing, graphic design, and remote conferences. For performance, the laptops run on Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 with 12 cores and up to 3.4GHz clock speed and Windows 11.

The laptops bring HP AI Companion, a personal AI chat companion that uses "generative AI to analyse and assess personal files to get more refined, focus responses or outputs," according to the PC maker. The series also offers Copilot+ and a new Poly Camera Pro, which can upscale your virtual meeting experience via features like Auto Framing, Spotlight, Background Blur and Replace and more.

Sporting an AI Helix logo, these thin and light machines (weighing 1.3 kg) can offer a battery life of up to 26 hours. For enhanced security, the HP EliteBook Ultra comes with Wolf Pro Security Next Gen Antivirus (NGAV) and is a Microsoft Secured-Core PC that offers firmware-level protection for securing user credentials and data.

The laptops offer a 14-inch 2.2K IPS screen with 300nits brightness and 100 per cent sRGB colour gamut. Both laptops get 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB SSD. Moving to the connectivity, these devices offer a USB Type-A port, two USB-C ports and an audio jack. As for other highlights, these devices sport dual speakers with Poly Studio Audio, a 5MP IR camera and a 59Wh battery.

HP EliteBook Ultra, HP OmniBook X Price In India

HP EliteBook Ultra starts from Rs 1,69,934 and will be available in Atmospheric blue. HP OmniBook X will be available at a starting price of Rs 1,39,999 in Meteor Silver colour. The laptops will be available on HP World Stores and HP Online stores.
