JE Technology Desk: Hong Kong-based smartphone maker Infinix has unveiled the Infinix Hot 30 5G in India. The smartphone sits in under Rs 15,000 category and will be available on Flipkart. Despite being a budget offering, it packs premium features such as near-field communication (NFC) and a glass back.

Infinix Hot 30 5G Specifications

The smartphone has a 6.78 FHD+ 120Hz screen with a peak brightness of up to 580 nits. For immersive multimedia viewing, the device bundles stereo speakers with DTS HD. For performance, the device sports Dimensity 6020 chipset with 14 5G bands. As for memory, it offers up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on XOS 13 based on Android 13.

Infinix Hot 30 5G gets a big 6000mAh battery with 18W charging. Infinix claims the battery can last up to 13 hours of gaming and 21 hours of video streaming. As for the optics, the device packs a 50MP AI camera and a secondary lens. It comes with Film Mode, Dual View Video and more in the camera app. An 8MP front camera sits inside the centre punch hole. For connectivity, the phone offers NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB Type C port. For security, it packs a side-mounted fingerprint reader and face unlock functionality. It is IP53-rated against dust and splashes.

Infinix Hot 30 5G Price

The Transsion-owned company has launched the phone in two variants: 4GB + 128GB, which can be purchased for Rs 12,499 and 8GB + 128GB available for Rs 13,499. Buyers can avail Rs 1,000 instant discount via Axis Bank cards. The first sale of the handset will go live on July 18, 12 noon on Flipkart. It comes in two colour shades: Blue and Black.
