iPhone 15 series has got the tech fraternity ringing for quite some time. As we approach September, we hear new details about the phone almost every day. After the latest launch date leaks, 9To5Mac shared some Computer-Aided Design (CAD) renders of the iPhone 15 Pro from the front.
The report notes that compared to the iPhone 14 Pro series, the bezels on the 15 Pros will be reduced by over 30 per cent. In the CAD renders received by the platform and details corroborated by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, a reliable name for Apple-related leaks, the bezels on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max will measure 1.5mm. This unbelievable measurement could be a product of low-injection pressure over-molding (LIPO) technology used in the Apple Wach earlier.
In the renders shared by the platform, the bezel size of the iPhone 15 Pro is compared with the 14 Pro to give a context of the upgrades in the display. The difference is more noticeable in the 15 Pro Max due to the larger size. However, the size of the Dynamic Island will likely remain unaffected by the change. The upgrades are more prominent when seen in consonance with the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro.

Speaking of thinner bezels, the tech giant took a giant leap in terms of bezel reduction in 2017 with the introduction of the iPhone X. In subsequent years, Apple kept refining the display experience. The latest innovations are Dynamic Island and a toned-down flat display design.
