Apple iPhone 16 Launch Date Event: Apple has already released a teaser for its upcoming Glowtime event. The tech giant will launch the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro lineups in worldwide markets with AI capabilities. Not only that but the business is slated to release the next generation smartwatch with the Apple Watch Ultra's next iteration. While there are numerous rumours regarding products that will be unveiled at the event, here are a couple that we believe will not make it.
M4-Powered Macs
The next generation Macs with M4 chipset, a new display engine which will offer better performance along with efficiency will launch in November, according to a Bloomberg report. It will feature TSMC's second-generation 3nm technology.
Not only that, the tech giant may refresh the product lineup including MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and iMac with M4 chips this year, the report added. These machines are under testing and may feature a big RAM boost (16GB or 32GB of Unified Memory).
iPhone SE 4
The much anticipated iPhone SE 4 is also due by Apple. As per Bloomberg's report, the next-generation affordable iPhone SE could debut in early 2025. It may feature an iPhone 14-like design with a single camera, FaceID, USB-C port, Action Button, A18 chipset for Apple Intelligence features and much more.
It is also expected to get a bigger OLED screen for the first time and may come powered with 8GB RAM.
HomePod Mini 2
The HomePod Mini is also expected to be revamped with improved sound and microphones, along with an updated S-series chip and new colour. However, the exact timeline has not been tipped yet.
AirPods Pro 3
Apple AirPods Pro, which is rumoured to launch on September 9 with iPhone 16 may also see a delay. As per the reports, the AirPods Pro is expected to launch in 2025 and will get massive upgrades like audio quality, an improved design, and a faster chip.
It may get new features like hearing test features, health sensors, body temperature sensors and more.
New Apple TV
A more affordable and powerful Apple TV is under work, as per Bloomberg’s report. It may feature an in-built camera for FaceTime and other video calling applications. However, the launch timeline is unclear at the moment.
