ioCinema, the popular video streaming platform, has introduced a new premium plan for its users to offer an ad-free experience. The company now aims to let every Indian household enjoy the top-end experience without any device restrictions, and low-quality video at a high cost. The plan called ‘JioCinema Premium’ will be offering an ad-free experience delivered in up to 4K quality and off-line viewing options, announced the company.  

JioCinema Premium Plan: What Will Users Get

On any device, including connected TVs, members will get their hands on exclusive series, films, Hollywood, kids' content, and TV entertainment.

JioCinema Premium Plan Price: 

The new plans start at a market-defining Rs.29 per month. The business has also created a new 'Family' plan for Rs.89 per month, which includes 4 simultaneous screen access. Existing JioCinema Premium subscribers will now receive all of the additional perks of the 'Family' package at no additional charge.

As part of its ad-supported service, thousands of hours of entertainment content and sports programming, including the current Indian Premier League (IPL 2024), will remain free to access.

Top International Content in Local Languages: Hollywood's largest international series and film debuts, produced in association with the biggest worldwide studios, including Warner Bros. Discovery, Peacock, HBO, and Paramount. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and several other languages will also be able to access popular titles like Barbie, House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, and many others.

Wholesome Kids & Family Entertainment: With thousands of hours of high-calibre films and television shows, the Kids & Family hub is home to one of the largest collections of Indian and international cartoons. Titles include Motu Patlu, Shiva, and Rudra, as well as Pokémon, Peppa Pig, and Paw Patrol. The Parental Control tools in JioCinema offer a secure environment for watching content as well.

Blockbuster Films And Originals: In addition to some of India's most beloved Originals like Asur, Taali, and Kaalkoot, JioCinema Premium members will get access to highly anticipated series premieres every month, including the much anticipated Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond, Murder In Mahim, PILL, and several more to be revealed. Along with monthly blockbuster Bollywood premieres, the portal also promises Zara Hatke Zara Bachke as the feature film in May.

Before-TV Premieres & Live Channels: Subscribers will get first access to their preferred shows and films from Colours, Nickelodeon, and all of Colours' regional language channels. In addition, serials will now be made available to members ahead of time on television. Additionally, there will be streaming access to more than 20 TV stations from the Viacom18 Network.
