JE Technology Desk: Nothing freshly unveiled the Nothing Phone (2) in India. The smartphone sits in the sub-Rs 50,000 price segment and has a wide range of competition. One of them is the OnePlus's flagship killer OnePlus 11R. But how do these smartphones differ in terms of specifications and price?

To give you a detailed answer, here is a comparison of the two phones.

Nothing Phone 2 vs OnePlus 11R: Specifications

The Phone (2) sports a flat 6.7-inch 10-bit OLED LTPO 120Hz display with an HDR peak brightness of up to 1600 nits. On the flip side, the 11R has a curved 6.74 inch 120 Hz Super Fluid AMOLED screen. Under the hood, both phones come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Adreno 730 GPU. The Phone (2) runs on Nothing OS 2.0, compared to Oxygen OS 13.1 based on Android 13.

Coming to the battery, the Nothing device offers a 4700mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging against the OnePlus 11R's 5,000mAh battery with a 100W SUPERVOOC charger included in the box. As for the cameras, the Phone (2) offers dual 50MP + 50MP (UW) cameras on the back. The 11R comes with a 50MP + 8MP (UW) + 2MP (macro) lens. Both use the same Sony IMX890 as the primary lens. On the front, the new Phone (2) ships with a 32MP selfie shooter against the 16MP on OnePlus.

Nothing Phone 2 vs OnePlus 11R: Price

In terms of the price, the OnePlus 11R has the biggest advantage with an around Rs 5,000 price gap. Here are the variant-wise price of both phones.

To conclude, if you lean towards a curved screen, a bigger battery with faster charging and want to save money, get the 11R. On the flip side, if you want a good camera phone with a unique design (Glyph Interface) and can swallow the extra premium price, go with the Nothing Phone (2).
