Nothing Phone 2a Expected Launch Date To Specifications To Rumoured Price, All Details About Rumored Phone

Nothing Phone 2a: London-based Nothing is reportedly gearing up to launch the Nothing Phone 2a globally next year. While the company has not confirmed any development around the smartphone, media reports have claimed that the handset may debut next year. Amid the rising speculations, specifications of the device have leaked in a recent report.

According to Smartprix, the device will likely launch at the Mobile World Congress 2024. Apart from the release timeline, the tech outlet also leaked a few specifications of the handset. As per the report, the handset may offer a dual camera setup placed in a horizontal position.

The smartphone could have a 50MP primary Samsung S5KGN9 sensor with 1/1.5-inch sensor size and 1.0micron pixel size. Apart from the main, a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 ultrawide sensor may also sit on the back with 1/2.76-inch sensor size and 0.64micron pixel size. It is the same setup as the Moto G84.

On the front, the handset could get a 32MP Sony IMX615 selfie shooter, like the OnePlus 10. Under the hood, it may have a Dimensity 7200 CPU. The device could have a 6.7-inch AMOLED 120Hz screen with 2412x1084 resolution. It will likely be available in four regions, with PacmanIND being the Indian model.

Based on previous leaks, Phone 2a may offer redesigned Glyph LEDs with controls similar to the latest Phone (2). It will reportedly come in two colour options: Black and White. Moreover, Smartprix also leaked seven wallpapers, which they claim are from the Phone 2a.

The handset is reportedly launching at the "Nothing to See" event at MWC on February 27, 2024, in Barcelona, Spain. On a related note, tipster Yogesh Brar tipped that the handset may sit in the sub-Rs 25,00-30,000 price bracket in India. You can read more on this here.
