Nothing Phone 3a Launch: Although there is no official date that has been announced by Nothing, there are potent signs that the company might drop its flagship devices in an event happening on March 4. There is a lot of buzz that is going around and it hints towards the potential launch of Nothing Phone 3a and Nothing Phone 3a Pro at the event mentioned above. The company has teased a new design, showcasing an image of the rear camera layout for the upcoming phone, though details remain scarce. That hasn’t stopped rumors and leaks from giving us a glimpse of what to expect.
A recent hands-on image, reportedly of the Phone 3a, surfaced online thanks to an X user @saaaanjjjuuu. The image does not show the complete picture of how the device might look like and shows its back only, but for some, it is enough to draw some conclusions on what the device might carry.

It would seem that Nothing is moving away from its previously utilized vertical camera arrangement to a horizontal one this time for the Nothing Phone 3a, similar to what we saw with the Phone (2a). It’s speculated that the setup will include a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP 2x telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, the phone will likely come with a 32MP front-facing camera. The tipster has also revealed how the back panel of the Nothing Phone 3a might look like with its iconic ‘Glyph Lights’ still on board, surrounding the newly aligned horizontal camera.
One more thing to look out for from the leaked image is that this time the material surrounding the camera looks like brushed metal instead of plastic, marking a shift from previous models. The flash has also been repositioned, moving from the right side of the phone (as seen on the Phone (2a)) to the left side.
Expected specifications
As for the rumored specifications of the Phone 3a, we can expect a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone will likely run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, and it is expected to come preloaded with Nothing OS 3.1, based on Android 15. Battery life should also be solid, with a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 45-watt fast charging.
With more details likely to surface soon, March 4 could be an exciting day for Nothing fans.
