180-Day Phone Replacement Plan: The OnePlus 13 series smartphones are out and with it has come some good news for its buyers, the company has announced a 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan for all the new users who buy the OnePlus 13 series smartphones. To top it off OnePlus has also committed to providing the replacement for its smartphones at no extra cost in case the user faces any hardware-related issue with the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R variants within the first 180 days of their purchase.

Details of the 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan:

OnePlus has confirmed that customers who buy a new OnePlus 13 series smartphone before February 13 will receive a one-time free replacement if they encounter any hardware issues within the first 180 days of purchase. The offer covers problems with key components, including the screen, back cover, battery, and motherboard.

For those who are willing to make the purchase of any OnePlus 13 device after February 13, the service will be made available as a part of a paid protection plan which will be optional and will be priced at Rs 2,599 for the One Plus 13 and Rs 2,299 for the OnePlus 13R variant. This paid plan also adds an extra three months to the service duration.
