Pixel 8 Series Leaks: Google is all set to launch the Pixel 8 series on October 4. Days before launch, a high-resolution video showcasing the features of the cameras of the upcoming device appeared on the internet. According to 91Mobiles, the video was shared with them by tipster Kamila Wojciechowska.

The company highlights the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the leaked video at the beginning. According to the report, features such as Astrophotography, Real Tone, Super Res Zoom, Night Sight and the ability to alter faces in a picture via Magic Editor using AI could be available on the Pro models.

Other features for videos include Video Boost for smoother view, Night Sight for better output in the dark, and Audio Eraser to tone down background noises. For images, Real Tone will help capture close-to-natural photos with human subjects.

As for the cameras, the report added that the Pixel 8 has a 50MP main and 12MP ultrawide rear lens and 10.5MP front camera. The Pixel 8 Pro could sport a 50MP primary lens, 48MP ultrawide and 48MP telephoto lens on the back and a 10.5MP selfie shooter.

Based on the video, a Titan M2 chip, Tensor G2 processor and a built-in VPN will likely debut on the device. The clip also added that summarising webpages and screening call options will be available on the phones. As for more updates, the Pixel 8 Series will be available for pre-orders on the official website of Flipkart. According to the e-commerce site, the phones will arrive with Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur.

As for the specs, the Pixel 8 could have a 6.17-inch FHD+ OLED 120Hz screen, Android 14, 4,485mAh battery with 24W wired and wireless charging. Coming to the 8 Pro, it may have a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display and 4,950mAh battery with 27W wired and wireless charging. You can read more on this here.
