Jio Prepaid Recharge Plan: If you are someone who prefers bundled entertainment with your mobile recharge, Reliance Jio has a prepaid option that tries to do exactly that. The Rs 500 plan stands out in Jio’s lineup for one big reason: it packs multiple OTT and cloud benefits into a 28-day recharge.
What You Get With The Rs 500 Plan
The plan comes with a validity of 28 days and includes unlimited voice calls across networks, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB of high-speed data daily. Over the full validity period, that adds up to 56GB of bundled data. Once you exhaust your high-speed quota under the Fair Usage Policy, speeds drop to 64 Kbps.

Jio is also offering 50GB of complimentary JioAICloud storage with this pack, adding a bit more utility beyond just data and calling.
Extra Cloud And AI Benefits
One of the headline additions is 2000GB of Google Cloud storage. Alongside that, eligible users can access an 18-month subscription to Google Gemini AI Pro, which Jio says is worth Rs 35,100. However, there’s an important condition attached. Jio has clarified that the Google Gemini offer is only available to users who are on an active unlimited 5G plan priced at Rs 349 or above.
Speaking of 5G, subscribers to this pack also get unlimited 5G data where the network is available.
OTT And Streaming Access
Entertainment is clearly the focus here. The plan includes access to YouTube Premium, Prime Video Mobile Edition, and JioHotstar for TV and mobile. Through the JioTV app, users can also stream content from SonyLIV, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Discovery+, SunNXT, Kanchha Lannka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, FanCode, and HoiChoi.
Is It Worth It?
Even though the 28-day period may not seem long for the price, the inclusion of the OTT, cloud storage, and AI features is what makes this particular recharge special. For consumers who make the most out of the streaming services, the Rs 500 plan by Reliance Jio seems to promise more than just the basic services provided by the telecom operator.
