Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: Soon after the leaked date of the Galaxy Unpacked event 2024, the leaks are not ready to stop. The top-end trim of the expected Galaxy S24 series - Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G was spotted on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. For the unversed, the S24 series may also include the vanilla Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus smartphones.

Coming to the S24 Ultra, the smartphone may offer a titanium frame, similar to the iPhone 15 Pro models and Xiaomi 14 Pro, along with a range of other camera improvements, according to a report from MySmartPrice. The device has cleared the BIS approval and appeared with - S928B/DS model number. Plus, the rumour mill has stitched an elaborate picture of the smartphone in the past.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Expected Launch Date, Sale Date, Pre-order

In a recent leak, The Elec reported that the handset may launch on January 17, 2024, with pre-orders expected to begin on the same day as the launch. The general availability of the phone for purchase could start from January 30.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Expected Price

While the leaks have not revealed major details, the company may increase the price of the handsets by up to Rs 10,000 considering the new titanium frame, Snapdragon chip and other upgrades (similar to Apple iPhone 15 Pro). Hence, you may have to pay extra over Rs 1,24,999 (current pricing of S23 Ultra) for the phone.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G Specifications (Expectations)

According to reports, the S24 Ultra is expected to offer a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED LTPO screen. Under the hood, it may have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy CPU and Adreno 740 GPU. It may run on OneUI 6 based on Android 14. The S24 Ultra could have a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging support.

As for the optics, the handset will likely have a 200MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide, 50MP 5X telephoto and 10MP 3X telephoto sensor on the back. Coming to the front camera, the device may have a 12MP selfie shooter. Samsung is expected to offer an IP68 rating and an in-screen fingerprint reader on the S24 Ultra 5G.
