Samsung Galaxy S25: Samsung's S25 Series flagships are out, and now fans are on the lookout for the Galaxy S25 Edge. In a YouTube video by Alexis Garza the purported Galaxy S25 was seen, showcasing its design and specs. The video is no longer available on the platform but as you know nothing escapes the web and some screenshots are still out there.
I have attached a few screenshots below and these give us a nice look at what we can expect from it. The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be just 5.84mm thick, making it lighter than the smaller Galaxy S25. However, it will feature a significantly larger display, likely the same 6.7-inch panel as the Galaxy S25+.
The source can also be seen running the AIDA64 app on the phone, which show its specifications. We can again expect it to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC for Galaxy version, which is a slightly overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
It might also come with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage. The battery can be a big letdown with just 4,000 mAh capacity, and might also have Bluetooth 5.4.
The AIDA64 app indicates three 12-megapixel cameras, but this seems to be incorrect. The main camera is expected to be a 200-megapixel sensor, with images pixel-binned down to 12 megapixels. This could explain why AIDA64 displays a 12-megapixel camera. There will be two cameras on the back.
The expected launch date is "around April" so let's see when we finally get to see it, and how the public reacts to it.
