Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Samsung is getting ready to add a new member to its Galaxy S25 lineup—and this time, it’s the Fan Edition. The Galaxy S25 FE is tipped to launch earlier than last year’s S24 FE, and if leaks are anything to go by, we’re looking at a solid mid-premium device with meaningful upgrades.
According to a new report by Android Headlines, nearly the entire spec sheet for the Galaxy S25 FE is now out in the open. The phone is expected to go official in early September, following Samsung’s recent confirmation during its Q2 2025 earnings.
Design and Display
The Galaxy S25 FE is said to feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, offering the kind of smooth visuals Samsung is known for. Gorilla Glass Victus adds durability to the front, and the phone carries an IP68 rating, making it water and dust resistant.
Dimension-wise, the device will be slightly slimmer than its predecessor—measuring 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm and weighing just 190 grams.
Performance and Battery
Powering the S25 FE is expected to be the Exynos 2400 chipset, with two memory variants: 8GB RAM + 128GB or 8GB RAM + 256GB of internal storage. Battery capacity stays at 4,500 mAh, but charging sees a boost, supporting 45 W wired and 15 W wireless charging.
Camera Setup
The camera department looks promising. On the front, a 12MP selfie camera is expected, while the back could house a triple-lens setup:
- 50MP main sensor with OIS
- 12MP ultra-wide lens
- 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS
It’s a setup that should appeal to casual photographers and content creators alike.
Software and AI Integration
The Galaxy S25 FE will run Android 16 layered with One UI 8. Samsung is also expected to pack in its Galaxy AI features, hinting at new intelligent tools and enhancements across the device.
Expected Price and Colour Options
While there’s no official pricing yet, industry insiders suggest the phone will launch at around $600 (approx. ₹52,300). Four colour options are expected: Icy Blue, Jet Black, White, and Navy.
