Galaxy S25 Slim: The Galaxy Unpacked event is right here with just a day left for it to unfold on January 22nd, and we are most likely to witness what we all have been waiting for, the flagship Galaxy S25 Series. By now we have had a number of leaks that have popped up here and there and with that one of the most exciting rumors is about the "Galaxy S25 Slim" model expected to debut as a new member of the flagship S25 series.
However, it is anticipated that we might get a glimpse of the Galaxy S25 Slim at the Unpacked event, it will only be available around May this year. A new report has surfaced that now suggests where the Galaxy S25 Slim might be sold.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is set to launch in 39 markets, as reported by PhoneArena. However, the US and Canada are not on the list, although it includes other major regions. Since this isn't an official list, changes may occur later.
Indian customers can look forward to the Galaxy S25 Slim, if this list proves accurate. Other countries on the list include Australia, Croatia, Egypt, France, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
Details about the Galaxy S25 Slim's availability are still limited, but more information is expected during the Unpacked event.
As suggested by its name, the Galaxy S25 ‘Slim’ will have a thinner form factor, measuring 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm, compared to the Galaxy S24+’s 7.7mm thickness.
Rumors indicate the device will feature a 6.7-inch or 6.8-inch display, similar to the S25+. It is expected to have a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 primary camera, a 50MP ISOCELL JN5 ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 12GB of RAM, the phone is likely to run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
