Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE: Samsung is preparing for its next big product showcase, with a fresh wave of foldable smartphones expected to debut at the Unpacked 2025 event in July. Alongside the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip 7, reports now suggest the company is working on a more affordable option—the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.

While Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the Flip 7 FE yet, multiple leaks have already surfaced, offering an early look at its expected specifications, storage options, and pricing.

Expected Launch Timeline

According to sources familiar with Samsung’s product roadmap, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is expected to be unveiled during the July Unpacked 2025 event, alongside the standard Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 models. This would mark Samsung’s first “Fan Edition” model in its foldable lineup.

Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE: What to Expect

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is tipped to feature a 3.4-inch AMOLED cover screen, which unfolds into a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate—consistent with Samsung’s current foldable design language. Powering the device will likely be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.

On the battery front, leaks point to a 4,000mAh cell, supporting 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. As for durability, the Flip 7 FE may carry an IP48 rating, offering moderate water and dust resistance.

Camera Setup and Software

In terms of optics, the Flip 7 FE may be equipped with a 50MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. A 10MP selfie camera is expected to be housed on the inner display. The phone could ship with Android 16, running Samsung’s upcoming One UI 8 skin out of the box.

Expected Price

Pricing leaks suggest the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE may launch at around $740 or €645, which roughly translates to ₹64,000 in India. This would make it one of the more affordable options in Samsung’s foldable range, targeting users who want the foldable experience without the premium price tag.
