August was an exciting month in the smartphone landscape. India witnessed the launch of the popular Redmi 12 5G, the gaming-centric Infinix GT 10 Pro, a curved screen offering from iQOO. And this month, which the tech fraternity is already labelling as 'Techtember', is set to witness the launch of the much-awaited iPhone 15 series. Besides Apple, Honor could make a comeback in India. Smartphone brand Samsung may bring the highly-anticipated Galaxy S23 FE this month.

Apple iPhone 15 Series

The Cupertino-based tech giant will likely launch the upcoming iPhones on September 12. The lineup may include iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. iPhone 15 and 15 Plus may ship with Dynamic Island, a 48MP primary camera and a USB Type-C port. As for the 'Pros', the variants could arrive with a periscope lens (15 Pro Max exclusive), titanium frame, A17 Bionic chip, and an Action Button in place of the Mute Switch.

Xiaomi 13T Pro

According to reports, the Chinese phone maker may introduce the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro globally on September 26. The Pro model could have Dimensity 9200+, 5000mAh battery with 120W charging, and up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE

The super-hyped Samsung device has appeared on multiple certification platforms, recharging rumours that the device is very close to launch. It is tipped to have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, a 48MP primary lens, 120Hz AMOLED screen and a 4500mAh battery. The company has not given any hints to launch the device in India at the time of filing. But there are strong rumours that the phone could debut this month.

Honor 90

Honor will likely announce its Honor 90 in India this month, with the aim to cement a solid comeback. It is already live in a microsite on Amazon India. The handset will have a 1.5K screen with a peak brightness of up to 1600 nits. It will run on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13.

Oneplus Open

While OnePlus' first foldable was tipped to debut last month, the timeline has now been delayed by media reports. It has appeared in several rumours and a tipster claims the device could be priced at around Rs 1.2 lakh. This handset is also tipped to launch in September.

Vivo V29 5G

Vivo just announced the Vivo v29e 5G smartphone in India. And it seems the company is not planning to stop. The company may reportedly announce the Vivo V29 5G series globally on September 7. It is tipped to debut in India later this month.
