Vivo X300 Pro 5G: Vivo's X series has always been lauded for its camera capabilities, and it appears that the new Vivo X300 Pro will continue that tradition. The recent leak, courtesy of popular Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, gives us some initial insight into what might be Vivo's next camera-centric flagship.
Camera Upgrades: What to Expect
Based on the leak shared on Weibo, the Vivo X300 Pro could come with a 50MP primary sensor, perhaps the Sony Lytia LYT828—a 1/1.3-inch type sensor that is noted for robust imaging under challenging lighting. The ultrawide lens may also employ a 50MP sensor to deliver uniform detail across focal lengths. But the most intriguing thing is that Vivo may once again give the X300 Pro a 200MP periscope camera, just like its previous generation, the X200 Pro.

Vivo could also add a new anti-reflective coating to the camera lenses. This should cut down on lens flare—a problem particularly evident in shooting under low light or against bright light sources such as the sun.
What Else Do We Know?
Beyond the cameras, the Vivo X300 Pro is rumoured to be powered by the yet-to-be-announced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. This fits Vivo’s past pattern: the X90 series launched with the Dimensity 9200, and the X200 series followed up with the Dimensity 9400, built on a 3nm process. So it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Dimensity 9500 debut in the X300 Pro.
Meanwhile, another model in the lineup, the Vivo X200 FE, has surfaced on various certification sites in China, signalling an official launch could be just around the corner.
Vivo hasn’t confirmed anything yet, but if these leaks hold true, the X300 Pro could be one of the most exciting Android camera phones of the year.
