Vivo has lined up a busy October with three major launches. First in line is the Vivo V60e, which makes its India debut on October 7. This will be followed by the global rollout of Origin OS on October 15 and the launch of the flagship Vivo X300 series in China on October 13.

Ahead of the V60e launch, Vivo has already revealed the phone’s design through teasers on its website and social channels. The device looks strikingly similar to the standard Vivo V60, featuring a curved chassis and a vertical camera layout reminiscent of the iPhone 16 and 17. True to Vivo’s reputation, the phone is expected to be slim and lightweight despite housing a massive 6,500mAh battery—a standout spec in its segment. It will also support 90W fast charging, with a compatible charger included in the box.

Photography is where the V60e takes a big leap. It carries a 200MP “Ultra HD clarity” main camera with OIS, offering an 85mm “closeup” portrait capability and a special “AI Festival Portrait” mode. While there’s no telephoto lens, the phone includes an 8MP ultrawide camera on the back and a 50MP front-facing camera with Vivo’s signature eye autofocus.

Vivo is offering the V60e in Noble Gold and Elite Purple finishes. The device also promises high durability with IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance plus drop protection across the body.

The V60e follows last year’s V50e, which retails at Rs 26,999 on Vivo India’s site. Compared to its predecessor, the new model brings a sharper primary camera, a much larger battery, and premium durability. Final details, including performance and pricing, will be confirmed once the phone officially launches.
