WhatsApp, a popular instant messaging platform that has introduced a slew of new features this month, is now working on a new feature that allows history sharing for the new group participants. According to the report, the feature is currently under development and will be seen under the Android beta version first.
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is anticipated to include a new setting for groups called "Recent History Sharing" to support this feature. A day before a new member joins, the functionality will automatically share all messages sent in the group. Once available, group admins will be the only ones who may use this option.

Users will be able to view conversations shared before they join the group using this feature, which will help them better grasp the context of the new messages. According to the report, the recent history-sharing feature is still being worked on and will likely appear in a future version of the program.
A feature allowing users to create and distribute AI stickers on Android beta was said to have been rolled out on the messaging platform last week, according to a report. The Meta-owned platform just introduced a new multi-account functionality for Android beta, enabling users to create more accounts for the app.
Users can utilise this feature to keep all of their chats, including personal, professional, and other talks, in a single application. The development of a new passkey functionality for account verification on Android beta was also said to have begun by the business.
