WhatsApp, which earlier provided the ability to share HD images, has now added the ability to share HD videos with friends, family, and other contacts. The feature is currently available for Android users, but users must first enable it because it is not set as the default. With this change, the platform now ensures that if the user sends any films to other contacts, they will have the choice to do so without sacrificing video quality. The new function also prevents video compression and allows consumers to share videos in HD or 1280x720 pixels resolution.
