Zoom New Feature: Now Create Virtual Event Designs On Zoom Video Calls; Here's How

Zoom, a well-known video conferencing platform, has announced the debut of a new Production Studio for Zoom Events and Sessions for the event sector, which will allow users to create virtual event design elements for all types of events including professional gatherings.

What Is Production Studio Feature?

The new Production Studio feature, which is now accessible everywhere, will free up the time and money that event, marketing, and internal communications workers often spend working with a production agency, the company claimed.

Other 'out of the box' webinar options prevent you from customising the style and feel of your event, which results in a lifeless and uninteresting experience. Annika Elias, product manager at Zoom, stated in a statement that event specialists may use Production Studio to curate and modify the attendee experience without the need for specialised design skills.

To make every virtual event visually appealing and individually branded, whether you're planning internal events like an All Hands webinar or external marketing events like product demos, Production Studio will give dynamic layout options, individualised branding, and presenter management capabilities. Zoom also announced that its enhanced mobile app now supports Zoom Events. Through their current Zoom mobile app, which is available globally for Android and iOS, users may access the hybrid event experience.

According to the company, attendees can join the event, explore, bookmark, and attend sessions through the Zoom mobile app. They can also connect with other in-person and virtual attendees and easily switch between in-person and virtual / on-demand sessions while at the event.

Additionally, during live events, users of the mobile apps can attend event sessions, take part in conversations, surveys, and Q&A, and watch recordings of earlier events. Additionally, Zoom has improved the hybrid setup flow for event hosts. Zoom Events intends to streamline that procedure with new capabilities as event professionals today struggle with hybrid event planning, feeling like it involves twice as much work.

Event managers can now create hybrid events quickly and easily using templates included in the online interface. These templates include features for creating hybrid ticketing, adding venue maps, and creating native hybrid experiences through the Zoom mobile app.
