Miss World 2025 In Hyderabad: Hyderabad is now at the centre of global attention as the Miss World 2025 pageant officially begins in the city. The international event will take place from May 7 to May 31 across various venues in Hyderabad, with the main ceremonies, including the grand finale, scheduled at HITEX Exhibition Centre.
The opening ceremony is set for May 10 at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium and will include performances showcasing Telangana’s folk and tribal dance traditions. The state is now in the spotlight, aiming to showcase its rich culture and modern infrastructure to an international audience.

Miss World 2025 Hyderabad Free Entry Passes
The Telangana Tourism Department is offering free entry passes to attend the event. Interested people must register on the official Telangana Tourism website. Selected participants will be sent email invitations. This initiative offers a rare chance for the public to witness global talent and culture live from the venue.
Hyderabad Miss World 2025
Contestants from around the world have already arrived in Hyderabad, including representatives from Canada, Brazil, South Africa and Portugal. They received a traditional welcome at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Miss World Chairperson Julia Morley and event organiser Jonathan Marksha also arrived in the city ahead of the event.
Hyderabad Miss World 2025: Itinerary
The pageant will feature various cultural and sporting activities. Highlights include a Buddhist spiritual tour to Buddhavanam in Nagarjunasagar on May 12, a heritage walk through Old Hyderabad’s Charminar and Laad Bazaar on May 13 and a handloom tour of Pochampally village on May 15.
Other key events include the Miss World Sports Finale on May 17 at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium and the Continental Finale on May 20–21 at T-Hub, Hyderabad’s startup incubator. Contestants will also attend an IPL match at Uppal's Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium around the same time.
A talent finale will take place at Shilpakala Vedika on May 22, while an arts and crafts workshop is planned at Shilparamam on May 21, where contestants will try traditional crafts like Cheriyal painting and silver filigree work.
The event will conclude with a grand finale on May 31 at HITEX Exhibition Centre, from 5:30 PM to 1 AM. Reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszková from the Czech Republic will crown her successor.
This marks the third time India is hosting the Miss World pageant, after previous editions in Bengaluru (1996) and Mumbai (2024). Telangana’s Congress-led government, under Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, is using the event to boost the state’s image as a global tourism hub.
