The meteorological department also issued a yellow alert for Hyderabad as dark clouds and thunderstorms loom over the city on Tuesday. The weather department forecasts cloudy skies and thunderstorms will continue on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week. On Monday, Hyderabad saw scattered rainfall, with Shaikpet recording the highest at 8.3 mm. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 32 degrees Celsius and 24 degrees Celsius, respectively.
