Here is the list of the top 10 longest-running Indian Television shows, which have entertained audiences for decades and continue to do so. 

1. Krishi Darshan ( DD National & DD Kisan) 

Krishi Darshan is the oldest-running program on Indian television. It covers agriculture, giving important information to farmers about modern farming methods along with government schemes. Krishi Darshan started airing on January 26, 1967 and has completed 16,780 episodes till now.

2. Chitrahaar

"Chitrahaar" is a music program aired on Doordarshan National. It began on August 15, 1992. The show features the most popular Bollywood songs ever made including melodies, 90s to the present day. It is the longest-running music television program in India with over 12,000 episodes.

3. Rangoli

Again "Rangoli" is a musical program aired on the DD National channel, featuring selected Bollywood songs, based on some themes or requests and has been a Sunday morning carnival for decades. It has been running since 1989 and nearly 11,500 episodes of the show have been produced as of now.

4. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

As India's longest-running music reality show, Zee TV's "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa" has been a platform for aspiring singers to showcase their talent and launch successful careers in the music industry. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa was started on May 1, 1995, and till now it has done over 1568 episodes. 

5. Kaun Banega Crorepati

Hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, "Kaun Banega Crorepati" is the Indian adaptation of the game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?". KBC was started on July 3, 2000, and aired on Star Plus and then on Sony Entertainment channel. The show offers contestants the chance to win huge cash prizes. Till now KBC has done 1230 episodes.

6. Indian Idol

Indian Idol is a popular reality music show that has discovered and nurtured numerous singers across the country. Indian Idol was started on October 30, 2004, on Sony Entertainment Television (SET) and the number of episodes to date is 317.

7. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

A dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" also comes on the SET channel that pairs celebrities with professional dance partners to compete in various dance styles, judged by a panel of experts. The show first went on-air on September 7, 2006. Till now the show has completed 303 episodes. 

8. Bigg Boss

"Bigg Boss" is the Indian version of "Big Brother," where celebrity contestants live together under constant camera surveillance, facing tasks and eliminations, to win the title and prize money. Bigg Boss went on-air on Sony TV on November 3, 2006, but later it shifted to Colors TV. The first season of Bigg Boss was hosted by Arshad Warsi, Shilpa Shetty hosted the second season and Amitabh Bachchan hosted the third season. Since Bigg Boss season 4 Salman Khan has been hosting the show and till now the show has done 1864 episodes. 

9. Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 

The stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi is also the longest-running Indian TV show as it was started on Colors TV on July 21, 2008. The show hosted by Rohit Shetty tests the physical and mental endurance of celebrity contestants through a series of challenging and fear-inducing tasks. KKK has completed 262 episodes till now. 

10. India's Got Talent

Reality talent show "India's Got Talent" first went on-air on June 27, 2009, on Colors TV and now it has shifted to Sony TV. The show provides a platform for individuals across the country to showcase diverse talents, from singing and dancing to unique acts, competing for national recognition. Till now the show has 217 episodes as it comes once a year.
