This holy celebration, which represents purity, devotion, and fresh starts, is typically celebrated on the Ekadashi tithi of the Shukla Paksha during the month of Kartik. To honour the auspicious marriage, devotees chant mantras, perform rituals, offer prayers, and decorate the Tulsi plant with bridal adornments.

Worshipping Lord Vishnu and Tulsi Mata on this day is thought to eliminate negativity, bring harmony to the home, and satisfy long-sought desires. Invoking divine grace for a prosperous life, people also send their loved ones well-wishes and blessings.
