Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco officially tied the knot in a romantic ceremony on September 27 in Santa Barbara, California. The couple's relationship evolved from a professional collaboration that began in 2015 into a romance that was publicly confirmed in December 2023. Following their engagement in late 2024, they celebrated their love story with a heartfelt wedding that included a host of A-list celebrity friends and family. The intimate affair was attended by about 170 guests. Some of the notable attendees were Selena Gomez's Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, actor Paul Rudd, and socialite Paris Hilton. After the ceremony, both Gomez and Blanco shared heartwarming photos from their special day on Instagram.

Taylor Swift’s Special Speech:

Selena Gomez’s best friend Taylor Swift, and singer Ed Sheeran also graced the wedding festivities with their presence. According to a report in US Weekly, Taylor Swift gave a heartfelt speech during the wedding shenanigans. “She went into depth and talked about how over the years she saw Selena on the floor crying, mentioning exes, Selena having a broken heart and saying how happy she is that Selena has Benny now. Taylor said it is a best friend’s dream for her best friend to find someone like Benny and she is so happy for her,” a source claimed. Reportedly, the celebrations began on September 26, with a formal dinner held inside a tent at Hope Ranch. Benny Blanco made sure to put his personal touch, even making the decorations look like their home. To remember their first dates, they served Thai food at a rehearsal dinner. During the ceremony, Selena Gomez got very emotional and cried while saying her vows, and so did many guests. Benny's vows were shorter, but still very meaningful. The couple also danced barefoot with moves from movies like Dirty Dancing and Grease.

"At the reception, everyone was letting loose and celebrating them well into the night. The vibe was so much fun. They were glowing all night, and both Selena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room," a source claimed as per a report in PEOPLE magazine. Apart from Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, stars like Jennifer Stone, David DeLuise, Finneas, SZA, Camila Cabello, Cara Delevingne, Eric Andre, Zoe Saldana and Edgar Ramirez also attended the couple’s wedding.
