The WWE unbeaten champion John Cena had slammed his critics during his 'Super Cena' WWE run. He is inching closer to his retirement tour. December this year would be the last time his fans would see him in the rings. Due to this, he was slammed during his 'Super Cena' WWE run. It was the highest point of his career. But not everyone is a fan of his era. During a recent interaction, Cena had hit back at these trolls.

John Cena responds to fans calling "Super Cena" to run uncool

John Cena in his "Super Cena" run has been shown as a superhero. He would face the wrath of his opponent till the very end. And just when the match is on the verge of ending, he becomes "Super Cena" and defeats his opponents by using his signature moves. It was an impressive run during the first few matches. And after a few years, the fans have begun to think that this is way too heroic. John Cena hasn't lost a single match and that's why these matches have become uncool and unenjoyable.

One of the comments to which Cena had reacted said, "The Super Cena era made WWE uncool and something for kids to watch".

Slamming the user, John Cena said, "That's your perspective pal".

"For 25 years I have been John Cena. That has easily been my longest-running persona, but what I am hearing is the perspective of a group of folks who probably didn't like the kind of performances I was giving.

He is inching closer towards the fag end of his wrestling career. He has been satisfied with his 25-year old long career. I'm slamming his critics shows how happy and satisfied he has been with his career.

John Cena reveals the origin of his catchphrase "You can't see me"

During the same interaction, the unbeaten champion read a comment, which talked about his signature move after he had won all the matches. The "You can't see me" tagline had become quite famous with his fans.

The comment that he had slammed read, "Regardless of whether you liked John Cena or his fanbase, you cannot deny his catchphrase echoed through every arena every night."

To this Cena replied, "The term catchphrase is interesting. I like the term signature maneuvres. I guess that's more me." He also opened up about the origin of his signature move and said, "My signature maneuver started on a dare. I was dared to do it on television".

John Cena might be inching closer towards the fag end of his career but he is not going to leave the sport entirely. He would be seen in action in a different role and what that will be hasn't been revealed yet.
