CCSU News: Key Dates For LLM Admission, MBBS Exams Announced; BA And BSc Results Out

The first open merit list for admission to the LLM programme on the university campus and in affiliated colleges for the academic session 2025-26 will be released on Thursday, October 9. All registered candidates have been included in this list.

The admission process will proceed as follows:

October 9-10 : Candidates must log in to the portal to download their offer letters.

After downloading, candidates must submit the offer letter to their chosen university department or college to receive a student copy.

October 11: Based on the offer letters submitted, a final open merit list will be prepared and released.

October 11-13: Admissions will take place based on the final merit list. All admissions completed by October 13 must be confirmed on the online admissions portal.

University Updates Rules For Scrutiny And Challenge Evaluations

Chaudhary Charan Singh University has implemented a new system regarding the application process for scrutiny and challenge evaluations.

Students will no longer be permitted to apply for scrutiny after a challenge evaluation has been completed. The Controller of Examinations clarified that since a challenge evaluation already involves assessment by two separate examiners, a subsequent scrutiny is redundant.

The correct procedure is to first apply for scrutiny. If the student is still not satisfied, they can then apply for a challenge evaluation.

Applications for a challenge evaluation (after scrutiny) will only be accepted within the prescribed time period. No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

MBBS Examination Form Schedule Released For LLRM Medical College

The university has released the schedule for filling out examination forms for students of LLRM Medical College admitted to the following courses:

MBBS Second Professional (Supplementary)

MBBS Third Professional Part-1 (Main and Supplementary)

The key dates are:

October 16: Last date for students to fill out forms and pay fees on the university website.

October 17: Last date for students to submit completed forms to their institution.

October 18: Last date for colleges to submit student examination forms to the university.

The Controller of Examinations has stated that no forms will be accepted under any circumstances after the final date.

Several Semester And Course Results Declared

On Wednesday, October 8, the university released the results for the following courses and sessions:

• Results for the June 2025 session from withheld colleges for BA, BSc, and BCom second and fourth semesters.
• The result of the Music pre-PhD course.
• Students can view their results on the university's official website.
