A modern park based on the 'Developed India 2047' theme will be developed on approximately 6.5 acres in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad. The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has initiated the tender process by issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The park will be constructed at a cost of around Rs 45 crore. The objective of this ambitious project is to bring the vision of a developed India to life within the theme park. The company selected through the bidding process will also be required to maintain the park for 15 years.
Agencies interested in developing the theme park can submit their applications by November 14. Applicant agencies will then be able to participate in the bidding process scheduled for November 15.
The park's creation is intended to help reduce air pollution in the NCR region. It will also offer entertainment, health benefits, and knowledge to local residents and visiting families. Children will be able to easily learn about India's development journey through play.

"The vision of a developed India will be realised on the ground through this park," said Atul Vats, Vice-Chairman of the GDA. "It will become a unique attraction in the NCR and will also be instrumental in reducing the problem of pollution."
