In a move set to bring significant relief to residents, the main post office in Navyug Market will soon begin offering Speed Post and parcel booking services 24 hours a day. The new facility is expected to become operational starting next week.
Addressing Customer Challenges
The decision was taken by the Postal Department to address the difficulties faced by the large number of customers who use this post office daily. The move specifically targets the concerns of working professionals who often struggle to visit during standard operating hours due to:
Time Constraints: Inability to visit during the workday.
Operational Issues: Delays caused by overcrowding or occasional server downtime during peak hours.
Enhanced Convenience
By extending operations around the clock, working individuals will no longer be restricted by standard office timings to complete their tasks.

According to the Senior Post Master, the post office is already equipped with digital payment services. The combination of 24-hour booking availability and digital payment options is expected to provide considerable relief and a smoother experience for all customers.
