Greater Noida Affordable Housing Scheme: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has taken out a scheme offering affordable plots to citizens. The plots will be available in Sector-18, Pocket-9B of Greater Noida, close to the Noida International Airport or the Jewar International Airport. The scheme is named RPS-09/2025. It is open for individual applicants, farmers, industrial workers and non-resident Indians (NRIs) who want to buy plots near the Jewar Airport area.

YEIDA has a total of 276 plots of 200 sqm each. YEIDA has acquired the land and the development is planned over the next five years. The usage of the plots will be restricted to residential purposes only. The lease duration will be 90 years, as per a Business Standard report

Greater Noida Housing Scheme: Dates To Keep In Mind

-Scheme Registration Dates: April 21-May 21

-Tentative Date For Draw: July 11

-Allotment letters will be sent within 30 days of draw

Greater Noida Housing Scheme: Eligibility

-Applicants must be 18 or older and eligible to contract under Indian law.

-Must be Indian citizens/NRIs.

-Only 1 application per family is possible (spouse and dependent children).

Reservations are for:

-17.5 per cent for farmers whose land was acquired

-5 per cent for functional industrial unit workers

-5 per cent for differently-abled persons (across all categories)

-Not eligible if already allotted a plot/flat by YEIDA previously

Greater Noida Housing Scheme: Steps To Book Plot

-Visit YEIDA website, download the brochure and form.

-Fill in personal, bank, and eligibility details in application form

Pay Amount:

-Rs 3.5 lakh for SC/ST applicants

-Rs 7 lakh for general and others

-Upload scanned documents and submit online before the scheme closing date.
