The registration process for all properties, including shops, houses, and land, will be halted for four days, from November 8 to November 11. This shutdown is due to server shifting work within the Stamps and Registration Department. As a result, no property registrations will be possible at any sub-registrar office during this period, which may cause inconvenience to the public.
AIG Stamps Sunil Singh explained that the department's "Meghraj Cloud Server" is being connected to the "National Cloud Server." This technical process is being implemented across the state to make the online registration system more stable and secure for the future. Consequently, all four sub-registrar offices in the district will remain completely closed for registration, document filing, and other record-related work from November 8 to 11.
He stated that server testing will be conducted on November 10 and 11. During this time, employees will be present at the sub-registrar offices, but no registration work will take place. He added that once the server shifting process is complete, the system will work better than before, and the speed of online registration will also increase.

For the past month, technical glitches have been causing frequent server shutdowns. This has been causing significant problems for the general public, advocates, and deed writers. He appealed to the public to either get their property registrations done before November 8 or wait until after November 12.
