It is anticipated that the location would provide opulent retail combinations to its patrons, along with food options, co-working areas, entertainment options, and cultural events. By 2028, the project is anticipated to be completed.

The firm said in a statement on September 9 that the project is expected to bring in over 25 million visitors and create over 9000 jobs. It will be one of the largest retail developments in the Delhi-NCR area, occupying 47,833 square metres of space.

The "Meeting Place" idea, which aims to combine retail with community areas, will be introduced by the Lykli Noida project. It implies that people will now be able to go to one location to shop, work, socialise, and have fun. The company states that it wants to provide a flexible and diverse retail experience.

In addition to IKEA, Lykli Noida will provide contemporary office spaces and food and lodging choices in its hospitality zones. In addition, there will be "Edutainment" areas that are designed specifically for education and places for social and cultural events. Lykli Gurugram, the first meeting location for Ingka Centers, is scheduled to open by late 2025. According to reports, the firm is funding this endeavor with Rs 3,500.
