The Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train, operated by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), will depart from Gorakhpur on January 3 for an 11-night, 12-day pilgrimage tour, concluding on January 14.
The tour package is designed to facilitate visits to several major religious destinations, including:
- Tirupati Balaji Temple
- Ramanathaswamy Temple (Rameswaram)
- Meenakshi Temple
- Kanyakumari
- Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga
According to Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway, designated boarding and alighting stations for passengers are:
- Gorakhpur
- Mankapur
- Ayodhya Cantt
- Sultanpur
- Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh
- Prayagraj Sangam
- Rae Bareli
- Lucknow
- Kanpur Central
- Orai
- Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi
- Lalitpur

Train Capacity And Amenities
The train has a total of 767 berths available, broken down as follows:
Second-Class AC: 49 berths
Third-Class AC: 70 berths
Sleeper Class: 648 berths
The package includes provisions for breakfast, as well as vegetarian lunch and dinner for all pilgrims. Local travel at the destinations will be completed by bus.
