LDA: In a major boost to urban infrastructure and real estate in Lucknow, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced its plans to develop a 300-acre logistics park along the Agra Expressway as part of its ambitious Varun Vihar scheme. Alongside, the project will offer over 15,000 residential, commercial, and group housing plots, making it one of the largest planned developments in the city to date.

LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar visited the proposed site on Wednesday and directed officials to expedite the land acquisition process. During his visit to Dona village, where the scheme is centered, Kumar met with engineers, project staff, and local farmers to review the groundwork.
