The Noida Registration and Stamp Department has significantly improved service efficiency after shifting its server from NIC to the National Government Cloud. The migration, completed between November 8 and 11, was undertaken following persistent server issues in October and early November that had severely disrupted property registration processes.
Earlier, users faced frequent problems with document uploads, OTP verification, and token generation, causing delays that stretched a 10-minute procedure into an entire day. Many people were forced to visit the registry office for two to three consecutive days to complete a single land registration.

Following the shift to the National Government Cloud, operations at registry offices have become smoother and faster. Citizens arriving for property transactions are now completing online processes without any difficulty. Officials and document writers report that when a sale deed involves one seller and one buyer, two to three registrations are completed every minute.
At the Jewar Sub-Registrar Office, the improved system has notably boosted output. In the last five days, the office has completed 457 registrations, generating Rs 12,22,13,000 in revenue for the government.
