UP Circle Rates: New circle rates are coming into effect next week in Uttar Pradesh. As a result, land will become 15 per cent more expensive in Badaun. In some areas, land rates have been increased by up to 18 per cent. This will most benefit landowners who are looking to sell their land according to the new circle rates, while those considering buying will have to spend 15 per cent more, jagran.com reported.
Badauadministration has been conducting a survey of the district's land for the past six months. According to this, new circle rates were to be implemented in June, but prior to this, farmers and landowners whose land had been acquired had not been fully paid. Their land was acquired according to the old circle rates, and they were being paid accordingly. Due to this non-payment, the new circle rates could not be implemented in the district, but now the Sub-Registrar's Office and the district administration have begun preparations to implement the new circle rates.
The new circle rates will be implemented in the district from next week. The land prices across the district have been increased by 15 to 18 per cent. The prices of most of the lands have increased by only 15 per cent, whereas where the land is most expensive, the prices have been increased by up to 18 per cent. This will benefit those land owners the most, who are just wanting to sell their land for some reason.
“Preparations for implementing the new circle rates are complete. The new circle rates will be implemented next week. Accordingly, prices have been increased by 15 per cent. In areas where land is most expensive, prices have been increased by up to 18 per cent, said Syed Nadeem Raza, Sub-Registrar, Sub-Registrar Office, Badaun.
