If established, the Synergy University campus would offer international-level education to students within the state itself, eliminating the need for them to migrate to other states or countries. The university, based in Moscow, specialises in areas such as business, management, information technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. It currently operates in over 60 countries through its educational collaborations, professional development programs, and training initiatives.

Minister of State for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari also stressed the importance of providing global-quality education within Uttar Pradesh to empower the youth and enhance the state’s academic landscape.
