This training, based on a module developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), equips auditors with the knowledge to assess key aspects such as the distribution of free uniforms and textbooks, mid-day meal provisions, school infrastructure development, and inclusive education practices.

To facilitate the program, various universities across the state have been assigned training responsibilities. Professors from these institutions are serving as expert trainers. Integral University, Lucknow, is overseeing the training for the first phase.
