Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is observing Customer Service Month till April 30 with a mission to enhance consumer experience, ensure reliability, and strengthen direct engagement with customers. This nationwide initiative aims to resolve service-related issues promptly and improve overall service quality.

Throughout the month, BSNL will carry out various activities, including:

-Organising grievance redressal camps at customer service centers

-Launching regional campaigns to resolve long-pending complaints

-Active network quality monitoring for consistent service improvements

-Rapid installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connections for faster internet access

-Digital outreach to address consumer queries and raise awareness

This consumer-centric campaign is built on the pillars of transparency, accountability, and satisfaction. Along with addressing existing service issues, BSNL is also ensuring the prompt availability of new services and relevant information.

As part of this effort, BSNL Lakhimpur is organising a special customer service camp on April 7, where residents can access all BSNL services in one place. 

The camp will offer:

-New mobile number registration

-SIM card replacement (for faulty or lost SIMs)

-Booking for fiber broadband (FTTH)

-4G SIM upgrades

-Resolution of technical complaints

-Billing issue redressal

DGM Jagdish Kumar stated that the special camp is a step towards making services more accessible and efficient for consumers. BSNL encourages customers in the Lakhimpur region to attend in large numbers and take advantage of this opportunity to get their issues resolved.
