With the goal of making Uttar Pradesh a developed state by the year 2047, the state government has created a detailed roadmap. This vision is based on successfully achieving goals across three main missions, three themes, and 12 key sectors. The main aim is to provide basic facilities to every citizen, make the state an economic leader, and achieve balanced growth by blending tradition with modernity.

Here are the three main missions:

Overall Development: The goal is to provide every citizen with essentials like a house, water, electricity, and better healthcare.

Economic Leadership: This aims to make Uttar Pradesh a major economic power, both nationally and internationally, by strengthening its industry, agriculture, and service sectors.

Cultural Renaissance: This involves achieving cultural and social progress by combining traditional heritage with modern technology.

The three main themes are:

Economic Power: The focus will be on attracting investment and creating more economic opportunities.

Creative Power: This will promote education, skill development, and new ideas (innovation).

Life Power: This gives top priority to health, security, and the well-being of society.

The ultimate goal of this entire plan is to make the state economically self-reliant, culturally rich, and socially fair by 2047.

The government will focus on these 12 key areas (sectors) for development:

Farming and Related Areas: Promoting agriculture, fruit/vegetable farming, sugarcane development, irrigation, and cooperative societies.

Livestock Development: Strengthening the rural economy through animal husbandry, dairy, and fisheries.

Industrial Growth: Creating investment and jobs through large industries, small/medium businesses (MSMEs), and mining.

IT and New Technologies: Speeding up development based on digital tools, science, and technology.

Tourism and Culture: Protecting and promoting the state's religious and cultural heritage.

Urban and Rural Development: Ensuring balanced development of cities and villages, housing, and the 'NamamiGange' mission for the Ganga river.

Basic Infrastructure: Strengthening roads, transport, aviation (airports), and the energy sector.

Sustainable Development: Finding a balance between the environment, forests, climate change, and renewable energy.

Social Welfare: Empowering women, children, laborers, minorities, and persons with disabilities.

Healthcare: Improving health services, AYUSH (traditional medicine), and medical education.

Education: Paying special attention to all levels of education, from basic to higher, along with skill development.

Security and Good Governance: Ensuring a transparent government and a strong law-and-order system.
