YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: The Yamuna Authority is set to launch a residential plot scheme during Navratri, offering plots near the Noida International Airport and Film City. With the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approval in place, the scheme is expected to be available starting April 2, featuring 200 sqm plots that will be allotted through a lottery system.
The launch had been delayed due to RERA's objections to an earlier application for 274 plots in Block 9B of Sector 18.
Dr Arunvir Singh, Yamuna Authority's Chief Executive Officer, announced that the scheme will be unveiled on April 2, offering 274 plots of 200 square metres each. These plots will be allocated through a lottery system.
Allotment At New Rates
Yamuna Authority is revising property prices for the upcoming financial year, with the new rates set to take effect on April 1. As a result, the residential plot scheme will be offered at these updated prices. Currently, residential property rates in the YEIDA area stand at Rs 25,900 per square metre. It is expected that these rates will increase by 12 to 15 percent for the next financial year.
803 Plots Allotted In Current Financial Year
In the 2024-25 financial year, the Yamuna Authority launched two residential plot schemes, allotting a total of 803 plots. The first scheme saw the allocation of 352 plots, while the second scheme allotted 451 plots. The authority received over three lakh applications for both schemes combined.
