Bengaluru has made quite a name for itself when it comes to apartment hunting-related stories. More incidents of people facing tough interviews by landlords and their bizarre demands are flooding the internet. Amid all this, a new incident has come forward that left the netizens speechless. Taking to social media, a man shared a screenshot of an apartment listed on the No Broker App, where the rent for the apartment was mentioned as Rs 2,50,000 per month.

Taking to his X handle (formerly Twitter), user Tejaswi Shrivastava shared the screenshot with the netizens and highlighted the rent and deposit of the listed apartment. The rent was mentioned as Rs 2,50,000 per month, meanwhile, the deposit amount was Rs 25,00,000. Taking a swipe at the matter, the man captioned the post, "They should add an option: Apply for Kidney Donation."

The listing had all the necessary information needed while buying a flat. The 4-BHK flat which was located in the HSR Layout area of the city, spanned to an area of 5,195 square feet. In fact, the listing went as far as providing the option for a loan in front of the mentioned deposit of Rs 25,00,000. The bizarre demands left the netizens shaken as such incidents are increasing day by day in Bengaluru, which is also known as the IT hub of the country.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident related to Bengaluru's apartment hunting stories, a man shared the experience that he faced during an interview. The man shared that he and his wife were selected on the basis of their LinkedIn profiles. To ensure timely rent, the landlord even inquired about the couple's earnings. The interview was so detailed that the wife was under the impression that her husband was giving an interview to a company.
