Australian Traveller Viral Video: Looks like Patna just got a glowing review and this time, from an unexpected source. An Australian man’s video praising the Bihar capital for its cleanliness, friendly people, and visible development has taken social media by storm. His honest words are winning hearts online and also stirring up a debate about how India is often shown by foreign vloggers.
The man, known on Instagram as @fozziebhai, shared the viral clip while exploring the streets of Patna. As he walked through the city, he spoke about how pleasantly surprised he was by what he saw. “It’s actually a very friendly city… people are friendly here, and you know what else as well? It’s actually quite clean,” he said, adding that while the infrastructure is still developing, the streets are “kept very, very clean.” He also praised the city’s emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and noted how warmly locals interacted with him during his visit.
In his caption, he took a strong stand against misleading travel content that paints India in a negative light. “Is India really as dirty as the ragebait travel vloggers would have you believe? As someone who lived and breathed India for almost two years, I can tell you it’s just not as black and white as other foreigners depict to the masses,” he wrote. A text overlay on the video read, “Patna, Bihar is not what Desis made it out to be!”

Indians from outside of Bihar have made a fuss of Panta as extremely unsafe and underdeveloped to fulfill their superiority complex," wrote a third user. The algorithm promotes only those reel in which creators shows only the bad parts of India," added a fourth user.
