Viral Video: Gen Z is changing the way we think about jobs and a viral video is showing it most hilariously. In an Instagram reel, RJ Megha perfectly captures the bold and carefree work style of today’s young professionals, and people can't stop watching. She starts the video by saying, “Gen Z ka janam hua hai corporate waalo ko sudharne ke liye. Gen Z at work is my favourite genre.” Her take? While bosses drained employees for years, Gen Z gave it all back in just one.
Meha shares how this generation doesn’t believe in long emails or formal resignations. They simply disappear. “Ye resign bhi nahi dalte, Monday se chup chaap office aana bandh kar dete hai… choomantar, gayab.” No messages, no goodbyes, they’re just gone. What really stands out is their clear list of priorities. “It’s never company first, it’s me first, then my dog, then my parents, then my family.” They don’t stay late just to impress anyone. By 6 PM, they mentally switch off. “Unke mu par 6 baje hi ek invisible board ajata hai– Unavailable.”
And when HR dares to ask why they’re leaving, the reply is simple and honest: “Maza nahi aa raha.” Megha ends the video calling Gen Z “bhagwan ka avatar”, here to end toxic work culture for good.
