The incident, which was caught on camera, shows a young girl walking home when two men on a bike suddenly came from behind, grabbed her phone and fled away before she could react. The video has now gone viral on social media, drawing strong reactions from the public. Many people expressed anger and concern, saying that such incidents make it unsafe for women and young girls to walk alone even during the day.

The footage clearly shows how quickly the miscreants carried out the act, leaving the victim shocked and helpless.According to the caption, the girl was on her way back home when the snatchers targeted her. Such cases of bike-borne men snatching phones or bags have become a growing problem in several cities and Agra is no exception.

The post shared on X (Formerly Twitter) by the handle 'gharkekalesh' was captioned, "In Agra, a girl was walking home when bike-riding miscreants approached from behind, snatched her mobile phone, and fled." The video shared yesterday garnered significant likes, views and comments from users.

"The craze of people to talk on the phone while walking or riding on the road. Either phones get snatched or accidents occur," a user wrote. "These days thieves are so fast that a girl’s phone was gone in just a blink! And a phone isn’t just for calls anymore, it holds your whole life inside," a second user wrote.

"That’s really disturbing. These kinds of incidents show why we need stronger street surveillance, stricter policing, and quick response systems in cities like Agra. A young girl should never have to fear walking home. Hope the culprits are caught soon and justice is delivered," added a third user. "These snatchers should be caught asap," another user added.
